ArrowSpeak 隐私政策
ArrowSpeak 默认在浏览器本地处理。可选的联网增强分词和备用翻译默认关闭，只有用户阅读披露并主动同意后才会发送当前短文本。
1. 产品用途
ArrowSpeak 是网页与 PDF 语言学习阅读助手，提供文字选取、浏览器朗读、按需翻译、分词导航和阅读外观。

3. 网络元数据与保留
为了限流、安全和故障排查，服务器或基础设施提供商可能处理 IP 地址、时间、User-Agent、请求路径和状态码。ArrowSpeak 的安全访问日志最长保留 7 天，不记录请求正文。聚合后的无正文运行指标可以保留更久。
4. 服务提供商
网络请求会经过 Cloudflare，用于 TLS、安全防护和流量转发；当前短文本会在传输链路中由其基础设施处理，但 ArrowSpeak 不允许其将正文用于独立目的。Cloudflare 可能依其隐私政策记录必要的网络元数据。ArrowSpeak 不出售数据，也不将数据用于广告、用户画像或模型训练。
5. Limited Use
从 Chrome 扩展权限获得的数据只用于提供或改进 ArrowSpeak 明确展示的阅读功能；不会出售或转移用于广告，不允许人工查看正文，法律、安全事件或用户明确要求的支持场景除外。
6. 用户控制
用户可以关闭联网功能、关闭本地历史、清空最近解释、撤销网络 PDF 来源权限，或卸载扩展删除本地数据。Chrome 同步数据可通过 Chrome 账户设置管理。
7. 敏感输入
ArrowSpeak 不读取密码、验证码、支付字段或用户正在编辑的输入框。快捷翻译在这些区域中不会触发。
8. 儿童与变更
ArrowSpeak 不以儿童为目标，也不故意收集儿童个人信息。政策发生实质变化时，会更新生效日期，并在扩展或商店页面提供提示。

ArrowSpeak Privacy Policy
ArrowSpeak processes data locally by default. Optional enhanced segmentation and backup translation are off by default and send current short text only after prominent disclosure and affirmative consent.
Data handling
Local speech, browser segmentation, reading appearance, and local PDFs stay in the browser. The optional natural English voice downloads an approximately 90 MB quantized model from segment.273344.xyz and caches it locally; speech text is inferred only on the user's device and is not sent to that server. Synced settings contain preferences only, never page text. Optional local history stores up to 50 explanation entries in chrome.storage.local and can be cleared at any time.
When a user enables enhanced segmentation or backup translation, the current selection or short reading text, language, and reading mode are sent over HTTPS to segment.273344.xyz. Request bodies are processed to return a result and are not written to a database or logs.
Security infrastructure may process IP address, timestamp, User-Agent, request path, and status. ArrowSpeak access logs are retained for no more than 7 days and never contain request bodies. Requests pass through Cloudflare for TLS, security, and delivery, so current short text is processed in transit by its infrastructure; ArrowSpeak does not authorize use of that text for an independent purpose. Cloudflare may retain necessary network metadata under its own privacy policy.
Limited Use
Data obtained through Chrome extension permissions is used only to provide or improve the prominently disclosed reading features. It is not sold, used for advertising or profiling, used for model training, or made available for human reading except for explicit user-requested support, security, or legal requirements.
User controls
Users can disable online features, disable or clear local history, revoke network-PDF origin permissions, or uninstall ArrowSpeak. ArrowSpeak does not read passwords, verification codes, payment fields, or text being edited in input controls.
